摘要
大承气汤在外科最常用于急腹症 ,通过行气通便 ,使肠道得通 ,腑气得降 ,肠道功能得以恢复。但在应用中要注意 :①要严格掌握临床适应症、禁忌症及其用量。因为大承气汤是苦寒泻下峻猛之剂 ,使用不当 ,最易伤人正气。②对于急腹症患者 ,如果采用口服泻下的方法 ,应根据病人体质、病情轻重而调整药物的剂量 ,以防犯虚虚之戒 ;如果采用灌肠给药的方法 ,一般使用较大剂量 ,四种药各 30 g ,大黄后下 ,芒硝冲服。③由于急腹症病人随时可能出现严重的并发症 。
Dachengqi Tang is mainly used in the surgery to treat the acute abdomen. Since Dachengqi Tang is characterized by bitter taste, cold nature and quick purgation, if improperly used, it may hurt human body's vitality. ② For the acute abdomen patient, if the medicine is taken orally, the dosage should be regulated according to the patient's physique and condition; If it is taken through enema, large dosage should be considered, 30 grams for each of the four drugs, with rhubarb given the last and mirabilite taken orally with water.③Since the severe infection disease may happen to the acute abdomen patient at any time, an operation should be taken at once when necessary.
