摘要
目的观察泛影葡胺口服联合大承气汤灌肠治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法随机选取2015年1月至2016年6月粘连性肠梗阻患者98例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。对照组患者给予西医基础治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予泛影葡胺口服联合大承气汤灌肠治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(93.88%)高于对照组(73.47%,P<0.05),临床症状指标改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05),肠管气液平消失例数[38例(77.55%)]显著多于对照组[20例(40.81%),P<0.05],肠腔积气减少例数[43例(87.75%)]显著多于对照组[29例(59.18%),P<0.05]。结论在西医基础上采用泛影葡胺口服联合大承气汤灌肠治疗粘连性肠梗阻,能够显著改善患者的临床症状与临床体征,其临床疗效显著,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of meglumine diatrizoate combined with Dachengqi decoction in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods Ninety-eight patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were randomly selected from January 2015 to June 2016, they were randomly divided into observation group （n=49） and control group （n=49）, the control group were treated with western medicine foundation treatment, the patients in the observation group were given oral meglumine diatrizoate combined with Dachengqi decoction enema treatment.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group, the total effective rate （93.88%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （73.47%, P〈0.05）, the improvement of clinical symptoms were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, the number of as-liquid flat disappearing [38 cases （77.55%）] was significantly more than that in the control group [38 cases （77.55%）, P〈0.05], the number of intestinal cavity reducing [43 cases （87.75%）] was significantly more than that in the control group [29 cases （59.18%）,P〈0.05].Conclusion Based on western medicine, diatrizoate oral combined with Dachengqi decoction in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and clinical signs, the clinical effect is curative, and it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
