摘要
目的 :探讨凋亡抑制蛋白survivin和环氧化酶 2(COX 2 )在胰腺癌组织中的表达与生物学行为之间的关系及二者的相关性 .方法 :用免疫组织化学Envision法对 5 1例胰腺导管癌survivin和COX 2的表达进行检测 .结果 :5 1例胰腺导管癌中survivin蛋白和COX 2蛋白的表达率分别为 80 .4 %和 74 .5 % ;两者在 1 1例癌旁非肿瘤胰腺组织中均未发现阳性表达 .Survivin的表达与组织学分级有关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而与临床分期和淋巴结转移关系不大 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;COX 2的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关 (P≤ 0 .0 5 ) ,而与组织学分级关系不大 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;survivin的表达与COX 2的表达密切相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) .两者的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小、部位均无关 .结论 :Survivin和COX 2密切相关 ,可能在胰腺癌的发生、发展过程中起关键作用 ,可能为胰腺癌的治疗提供了新的靶点 .
AIM: To investigate correlation of the expression of survivin and cyclooxygenase 2 (COX 2) and the clinicobiological behavior in human pancreatic adenocarcinoma tissues. METHODS: The expressions of survivin and COX 2 in 51 cases of human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma were detected with immunohistochemistry of Envision. RESULTS: The expression rates of survivin and COX 2 in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma were 80.4% and 74.5%, respectively, and no expression of survivin and COX 2 in the 11 cases of adjacent normal tissues was found. The survivin expression was significantly correlated with the histological grade ( P <0.01), but not with the clinical stages and lymph node metastasis status ( P >0.05). The COX 2 expression was significantly correlated with the clinical stages and lymph node metastasis status ( P ≤ 0.05) but not with the histological grades ( P >0.05). The expression of surviving and COX 2 had no correlation with age, sex, tumor size and location but the expression of survivin was closely correlated with that of COX 2 ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The intimate relation of survivin and COX 2 may play an important role in the tumorigenesis and tumor progression in pancreatic cancer, and they may provide some new targets for the therapy of pancreatic cancer.
