摘要
采用传统的铸渗工艺在铸钢件表面制备了钨铬复合铸渗层 ,采用MLD 10型动载磨料磨损试验机研究了几种不同成分表面复合材料的冲击磨损性能。结果表明 ,钨铬复合渗层的磨损率随铬铁含量的升高先降低后升高 ,随WC含量的增加而降低 ,随冲击功的增大先减小后增大 ;而其磨损机制为塑性变形和剥落。
With the help of traditional cast penetrating, the composite layer with tungsten and chromium on the surface of cast steel was achieved. Impact wear properties of several samples which have different composition have been studied by MLD-10 dynamic load abrasive wear tester. The result has shown that the wear rate of the surface composites declines first and rises later with the increase of chromium iron, decreases with the increase of WC, reduces with the increase of impact energy, the mechanism of it is tenacity deformation and flake off.
