高温合金表面激光熔覆镍基合金研究 被引量:8

Investigation of Nickel-based Alloys Coatings on Super-alloys by Laser Cladding

摘要 采用CO2激光器在GH4169高温合金表面激光熔覆Ni60镍基合金。借助扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)、显微硬度计、ML-100型磨粒磨损试验机对熔覆组织结构、物相、组成成分、硬度及耐磨性能进行了分析。结果表明,熔覆层组织由γ-Ni、CrB、Fe3C、Cr7C3、Cr23C6等相组成,熔覆层中存在着颗粒强化、细晶强化和固溶强化等强化作用,显著提高了熔覆层的硬度和耐磨性能,熔覆层的硬度是基体硬度的3倍。GH4169合金的磨损机制为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损,激光熔覆层的磨损机制为磨粒磨损。 The laser coating of Ni60 alloy coating on GH4169 surperalloy was achieved by a great power CO2 laser.The microstructure,phase constitution,micro-hardness,wear resistance of Ni60/GH4169 composite coating were examined by SEM,XRD,EDS,micro-hardness tester and ML-100 abrasion tester.The results reveal that the microstructure of laser cladding is composited of γ-Ni、CrB、Fe3C、Cr7C3、Cr23C6 and so on.The hardness and wear resistance were improved extremely due to the precipitation strengthening,fine-grain strengthening and solidsolution strengthening.The hardness of coating is 3 times than that of matrix.GH4169 was investigated the wear mechanism of abrasive wear and adhesive wear and wear mechanism of laser cladding layer of abrasive wear.
