摘要
介绍了电子束物理气相沉积设备的原理、结构及其工艺特点,并在此基础上综述了EB-PVD热障涂层近年来的研究进展。
Physical principles,components structures and technological features of EB-PVD were briefly demonstrated. Based on this,an overlook on recent research progress in EB-PVD thermal barrier coating(sTBCs) are presented.
