摘要
阐述了热障涂层在航空发动机部件上的应用和发展;对比分析了目前实际工程应用中最广泛采用的大气等离子喷涂(Air plasma spray,APS)和电子束物理气相沉积(Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition,EB-PVD)两种制备技术的技术原理、涂层材料体系和涂层性能;并简单介绍了TBCs制备技术的发展趋势和新型热障涂层材料研究的热点方向。
The applications and developments of TBCs on aero engines were reviewed. The technical principles, coating materials system and coating performance of today’s most popular fabrication process of TBCs,i.e.,APS and EB-PVD,were contrastively analyzed and the recent technology development trends and key issues of new types of TBCs materials research were also introduced.
