摘要
采用MLD-10型动载磨料磨损试验机研究了以ZG25为基体的高铬铸铁铸渗层在小能量冲击下的磨损性能,并用SEM观察了磨损表面的形貌。研究结果表明:与基体材料ZG25相比,铸渗层的抗冲击磨损能力提高了20倍。铸渗层的磨损失效形式以疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损为主。
Impact wear of cast-penetrated layer of high chromium cast iron was investigated at MLD-10wear tester.The worn surface of the layer were observed with a scanning electron microscope.The result show that Compared with material ZG25,wear resistance of the layer is20times as much as that of the base.The wear of the layer was characterized by abrasive wear and deformation wear.
