摘要
年龄相关性黄斑变性是老年人的主要致盲眼病,病因不明。近年认为该病是一种具有高度遗传异质性的疾病,目前治疗效果不理想。随着分子生物学技术的进步,ARMD的基因研究取得一定进展,本文就其易感性基因及其基因治疗研究进行综述。
