摘要
莲心碱5mg/kg,ⅳ可显著地对抗乌头碱诱发的大鼠及哇巴因诱发的豚鼠心律失常;也能预防肾上腺素所致的豚鼠室颤发生;还能对抗心肌缺血复灌所致的大鼠心律失常。莲心碱8mg/kg,ⅳ能使家兔心率减慢,P-R间期延长;莲心碱30μmol/L可延长离体豚鼠左房功能性不应期。结果提示,莲心碱抗实验性心律失常作用可能主要与其阻滞Ca++内流有关。
Liensinine, an alkaloid extracted from the green seed embryo ot Nelumbo nucifera, 5 mg/kg iv increased the arrhythmia-inducing dose of aconi-tin in anaesthetized rats, and that of ouabain in anaesthetized guinea pigs. It markedly prevented the guinea pig from developing ventricular fibrillation induced by adrenaline. Moreover, it was also effective in preventing reperfusion-induced arrhythmias in anaesthetized rats. It was demonstrated that liensinine 8 mg/kg iv could slow heart rate and prolong P-R interval of ECG in anaesthetized rabbits. In the isolated guinea pig left atria, liensinine 30 nmol/L could prolong the functional refractory period. The above results indicate that the antiarrhyth-mic action of liensinine may be mainly related to the blockade of Ca++ influx
