摘要
目的 :观察莲心碱二甲醚拮抗KCl、乙酰胆碱和组胺所致猪冠状动脉条收缩的作用。方法 :离体平滑肌实验方法 ,观察莲心碱二甲醚对KCl、乙酰胆碱和组胺所致猪冠状动脉条收缩曲线的影响以及在无Ca2 + 克氏液中 ,对组胺引起猪冠状动脉条第一相收缩和Ca2 + 引起第二相收缩的影响。结果 :不同剂量莲心碱二甲醚可使KCl、乙酰胆碱和组胺所致冠脉条收缩量效曲线呈非竞争性拮抗作用 ,对冠脉条第一相和第二相收缩都有明显的抑制作用。结论 :莲心碱二甲醚具有扩张冠脉的作用 ,此作用与拮抗细胞内钙的释放和抑制外钙内流有关。
Objective: To observe the antagonism on contraction of porcine artery strips induced by KCl, acetyl choline and Histamine respectively. Methods: The contraction curve of porcine coronary artery under different conditions were observed in vitro. Results: Different dosage of O, O-Dimethyl-liensinine had incompetitively antagonizing effect on KCl, acetylcholine and Histamine cumulative dose-response curves. O, O-Dimethyl-liensinine and Verapamili inhibited intracellular Ca 2+ -dependent contraction induced by Histamine, and showed relatively small effect on the extracellular Ca 2+ -dependent contraction induced by CaCl 2 . Conclusion: O, O-Dimethyl-Liensinine has a significant relaxing effect on contraction of coronary artery, and has an antagonistic effect on the two kinds of contractions.
