摘要
在社会、政治和经济发生变化的情况之下,不仅荷兰的土地使用规划,而且战略规划也必须对这种变化做出反映,这些变化对战略规划领域中的制度、框架以及有关机构都会产生影响。本文对荷兰发生的这种变化进行了描述。
With social, political and economic power is changing, not only Dutch landuse planning, but also Dutch strategic planning must take account of these changes, which will impact institutions, frames of reference, and the organizations active in the field of strategic planning. This paper introduces these changes in Dutch.
