摘要
青岛经济技术开发区北组团分区规划在如何把开发区建设中有关土地开发、土地管理的内容纳入到城市规划领域中来,作了一些有益的探索;尤其是在土地的指标控制上提出了一套便于规划管理、操作性强的指标体系。
The north cluster in zoning of the Qintao economic and technic development area successfully integrates the context of land development and management into the realm of urban, planning and make some meaningful explorations;especially in references to the establishment of a set of guiding indices to facilitate planning management,a system which is fully applicable.
