摘要
作者认为现行城镇体系“三结构”规划模式普遍存在着下列问题:对每个城镇发展建设条件缺乏评价;对城镇发展动力因素——社会经济发展研究不够;缺少城镇用地和基础设施等硬性指标……。本文提出了解决上述问题的相应对策和具体方法。
The author identifes the following questions prevailent in the existing planning model for urban systems planning: lack of appraisal of prerequisites for development in every town and city; insufficient studies of socio - economic development, the motivating elements in any urban development ; lack of brass-tag indices for urban land-use and infrastructure. The article proposes the corresponding measures and methods to resolve the above issues.
