摘要
面对图书馆管理机制滞后、经费投入不足的现状,应寻求立法保护和社会投入,突破用人体制上的障碍,不断提升图书馆现代化管理水平,发展信息网络,强化服务意识,发展相关产业,加大自转力度,以促进图书馆事业的不断发展。
Facing the library's present situation of the hysteresis of the mana gement mechanism and the shortage of the funds input, the library should seek th e legislative protection and social input, make a breakthrough at the barriers o f the employing mechanism, lift continuously the level of library's modernized m anagement, develop information network, strengthen the service consciousness, de velop related industries, and strengthen the self-transformation for the purpos e of promoting the endless development of the library cause.
