摘要
论述了图书馆管理与服务的相互关系,指出服务是图书馆发展的动力,服务必须建立在科学管理之上,而管理又是为了更好地服务。从实现图书馆的价值、改革图书馆管理机制、搞好队伍建设等方面提出了提高图书馆管理与服务水平的对策。
This paper discusses about the interrelations of library's management work and services, points out that the services is the motive force of library development, the services must set up above the scientific management, the aim of management is to serve better, puts forward the countermeasures of improving library's management and service level from aspects of realizing the value of library, reforming management mechanism of library, doing well the construction of rank, etc.
