分析了图书馆员职业倦怠的表现及成因,论述了活力管理的特征,进而提出了利用活力管理来克服图书馆员的职业倦怠的对策。
This paper analyzes the expressions and origins of the burnout of librarians, expounds the features of the activity management, and advances some countermeasures for overcoming the burnout of librarians by using the activity management.
