摘要
教师继续教育的课程和教学方法改革应与基础教育课程改革同步。教师培训院校应增加教育课程、创造性课程、方法论或教育技术课程、科研课程,应采用问题式教学方法、案例分析教学方法、研究性教学方法、反思式教学方法。
The continuing education courses for teachers and the teaching method reform for new curriculum must be conducted simultaneously with the curriculum reform for basic education. In those teacher colleges, more educational courses, creative courses, methodology courses, technical courses and research-oriented courses should be added. At the same time, such teaching methods as problem solving, case analysis, inquiry and reflection should also be adopted.
