摘要
介绍了利用有限元分析软件COSMOS WORKS ,对带式输送机传动滚筒轴进行有限元静力分析的过程。根据分析结果 ,基本掌握了滚筒轴的应力和变形分布规律 ,并为传动滚筒轴的失效分析和优化设计提供了可靠的理论依据。
This paper introduces us the process of linear analysis of the driving roller shaft with COSMOS/WORKS finite element software.Mastery of the driving roller shaft's suffering force and displacement situation based on the results,and reliable theoretic basis for its deslgn and failure analysis is provided.
