摘要
用有限元分析软件ANSYS9.0对铲运机铲斗机架销进行结构静力分析,得到了铲斗机架销的节点变形图和平均等效应力分布图。从求解结果可知,铲斗机架销的最大平均等效应力与理论计算得出的应力值接近,表明计算机分析结果具备实际应用价值,并且铲斗机架销的强度满足设计要求。
The StrUctural static analysis on the bucket frame pin of the HLD is carried out with the finite element analysis software ANSYS9.0. The node deformation map and the distribution chart of the average equivalent stress of the bucket frame pin are obtained. We can see from the results of solving, the maximum average equivalent stress is closer to the theoretical value of stress. It shows that the results of computer analysis have the practical application value. And the strength of the bucket frame pin meets the design requirements.
