摘要
本文以有限元分析软件ANSYS为基础,论述了使用该软件校核普通圆轴的强度、刚度和临界速度的过程及应注意的 一些问题,并给出在满足要求情况下轴的优化设计方法。此分析过程同样适用于其他轴类零件。
Based on ANSYS, a FEA software, this paper illustrates how to use the software to analyze and verify the strength, stiffness and natural frequency, etc of the normal axle and something that should be paid attention to the design. Moreover, the optimization method of the axle is provided. These procedures are fit for other categories of axles too.
