摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,对中西部少数民族地区农村学校体育教师的现状进行研究。发现与前几年相比,中西部少数民族地区农村学校的体育教师流失率很高,体育教师的年龄结构不合理,男女性别比例差距越来越大,体育教师的学历、职称结构也达不到要求;教师的能力也急需提高。对造成的原因进行了分析,并提出对策。
By using the method of documentary, questionnaire and so on. The author founded that the ratio of lose in Physical Education Teachers is highly, their structure of age is unreasonable, educational level is not attain standard. After analyzed the cause and then put forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.
