摘要
应用三维有限元程序仿真模拟充水预压蜗壳结构的施工及运行全过程,得出的钢衬和外围混凝土的应力、应变状态与传统的简化算法结果相比较,其应力分布规律基本一致。但由于简化算法忽略了预压水头及预压施工缝隙对整个结构的影响,因此简化算法的外围混凝土的应力值要小于仿真算法,其相对误差一般在8%以下。
The three dimensional finite element method is used to simulate the construction and running process of the filling preloading spiral case,and the results show that the stress and strain of steel spiral case and its surrounding concrete are consistent with the results of using the traditional simple method. But the impact of preoading water head and construction gap on,the whole structure is ignored in the simple method,so the stress of concrete is less than the result of emulation program,and the relative error is often less than 8 percent.
