亭子口水电站厂坝间设置垫层管可行性研究

摘要 为研究亭子口水电站厂坝间设置垫层管的可行性,以厂房坝段、厂房以及钢管为研究对象,采用三维有限元仿真计算技术模拟厂房坝段以及厂房的浇筑和运行过程,计算得到厂坝间相对位移及垫层管段钢管等效应力。计算结果表明,厂房蜗壳内设置止推环时,运行期高温季节垫层管的等效应力将大于钢材允许应力,如果采用垫层管方案,需采取必要的结构或工程措施以减小垫层管段的应力。 In order to study the feasibility of setting up a cushion pipe between the dam and the powerhouse of Tingzikou Hydropower Station,the dam,the powerhouse and the steel pipe were discussed.By use of 3D FEM simulation, the concrete placing process of the dam and powerhouse was simulated.The relative displacement between the dam and the powerhouse and the equivalent stress of the cushion pipe were calculated.The results indicate that the equivalent stress of the cushion pipe is larger than its allowable stress in hot season if the thrust ring is set in the spiral casing.In order to reduce the stress of the cushion pipe,some structural or technical measures should be taken when the cushion pipe is used.
