摘要
采用贮藏实验与果实薄片培养实验相结合的方法,研究了钙素对苹果果实β-1,3-葡聚糖合成酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖分解酶和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性及对丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,与对照比较,幼果期喷钙显著降低了苹果苦痘病发病率, POD和β-1,3-葡聚糖合成酶的活性增加,β-1,3-葡聚糖分解酶活性和MDA含量降低;果实薄片培养中,与低钙处理比较,高钙处理POD和β-1,3-葡聚糖合成酶的活性增加,β-1,3-葡聚糖分解酶活性和MDA含量下降。说明苹果果实生理变化与钙素营养关系密切,果实钙营养不足导致氧自由基清除能力下降和细胞壁分解加快,是缺钙导致苹果果实生理失调的主要原因。
Effects of calcium on activities ofβ-1,3-glucan synthetase, β-1,3-glucanase, peroxidase(POD) and contentof malondialdehyde(MDA) in apple fruits were investigated by means of storage experiment and solution culture experiment.Starkrimson and Red Fuji were chosen as experimental materials. Results showed that spraying young fruits with calciumsolution decreased the incidence of bitter pit disease, increased the activities of β-1,3-glucan synthetase and peroxidasesignificantly, and reduced the activity ofβ-1,3-glucanase and the content of malondialdehyde. Compared with low calciumcultivation, the activities of β-1,3-glucan synthetase and peroxidase in high calcium solution cultivation were higher andthe activity of β-1,3-glucanase and the content of malondialdehyde were lower. It indicated that metabolic changes ofapple fruits were closely related to calcium nutrition. Decreasing the ability of eliminating the oxygen free radical andaccelerating the decomposition of the cell wall due to calcium deficiency was the main cause of metabolic diseases andquality declining of apple fruits during storage.
