摘要
本试验以‘岳冠’苹果为试材,研究叶面喷施钙肥对果实贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,随着贮藏时间的延长,单果重、果实硬度、可滴定酸含量均呈下降的变化趋势,可溶性固形物含量在贮藏的中后期也呈下降趋势。与对照相比,钙肥处理可以降低果实失重率,减缓果实硬度、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量的降低速度,提高果实耐贮性。综合比较认为,果蔬钙处理的果实贮藏期间品质优于其他钙肥处理的。
In this experiment,‘Yueguan’apple was used to study the effect of calcium fertilizer on the fruit quality In the storage period.The results showed that the weight of single fruit,fruit hardness and titratable acid content decreased with the increase of storage time,and the content of soluble solids also decreased in the middle and later stage of storage.Compared with the control,calcium treatment can reduce the weight loss rate of fruit,slow down the reduction rate of fruit hardness,soluble solids and titratable acid content,and improve the storage resistance of fruit,the fruit quality after fertilizer treatment of Guo Su Gai was better than the other calcium fertilizers.
