摘要 目的:研究不同浓度的钙、镁和硫元素对浙贝母生长和产量品质的影响,为浙贝母的合理、高效栽培提供理论依据。方法:采用盆栽土培的方法,对钙、镁、硫元素分别设置0 mg/kg、40 mg/kg、80 mg/kg、160 mg/kg浓度水平的处理组,对浙贝母产量品质、植株生长及根际土壤理化性质进行测定。结果:与对照组(CK)相比,多数施加钙、镁、硫元素对处理组浙贝母鳞茎产量有增加效果,平均增加12.20%;浙贝母鳞茎中贝母素甲、贝母素乙、贝母辛和总生物碱含量除Mg(40 mg/kg)组外均有增加,与CK组比较分别平均增加26.01%、41.24%、42.61%和15.27%,Ca(80 mg/kg)、Mg(160 mg/kg)和S(40 mg/kg)组的浙贝母产量和品质最佳;S(160 mg/kg)组浙贝母茎粗较CK组有显著增加;Ca(80 mg/kg)处理叶中类胡萝卜素和叶绿素a含量显著高于CK组,Ca(80 mg/kg)、S(80 mg/kg)和S(160 mg/kg)处理叶中叶绿素b和叶绿素总量显著高于CK组;不同浓度的钙镁硫处理均能显著提高浙贝母根际土壤中有机物的含量,钙的施用能显著提高土壤中速效钾含量,镁和硫均能同时提高土壤中速效氮、速效磷和速效钾的含量。结论:钙80 mg/kg、镁160 mg/kg与硫40 mg/kg组在提高浙贝母产量、品质及改善浙贝母根际土壤条件方面具有较好效果。 Objective:The effects of different concentrations of calcium,magnesium and sulfur on the growth,yield and quality of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.were studied to provide a theoretical basis for the rational and efficient cultivation of F.thunbergii.Methods:Pot culture method was used to determine the yield and quality of F.thunbergii,plant growth and physical and chemical properties of rhizosphere soil by setting 0 mg/kg,40 mg/kg,80 mg/kg and 160 mg/kg concentration levels of calcium,magnesium and sulfur respectively.Results:Compared with the control(CK)group most of the calcium,magnesium and sulfur elements increased the bulb yield of F.thunbergii in the treatment group,with an average increase of 12.20%.The contents of peimine,peiminine,peimisine hydrochloride and total alkaloids in bulb of F.thunbergii increased except Mg(40 mg/kg)group,with an average increase of 26.01%,41.24%,42.61%and 15.27%respectively compared with CK group.The yield and quality of F.thunbergii in Ca(80 mg/kg),Mg(160 mg/kg)and S(40 mg/kg)groups were the best.The stem diameter of F.thunbergii in S(160 mg/kg)group was significantly higher than that in CK group.The contents of carotenoids and chlorophyll a in leaves treated with Ca(80 mg/kg)were significantly higher than those in CK group,and the contents of chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in leaves treated with Ca(80 mg/kg),S(80 mg/kg)and S(160 mg/kg)were significantly higher than those in CK group.Different concentrations of calcium,magnesium and sulfur treatments could significantly increase the content of organic matter in rhizosphere soil of F.thunbergii.The application of calcium could significantly increase the content of available potas⁃sium in soil.Both magnesium and sulfur could simultaneously increase the content of available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in soil.Conclusion:Calcium 80 mg/kg,magnesium 160 mg/kg and sulfur 40 mg/kg groups had better effects on improving the yield,quality and rhizosphere soil con⁃ditions of F.thunbergii.
