摘要
以翠冠梨为试材,以露地栽培为对照,研究大棚栽培对梨叶片与果实主要矿质元素吸收与积累的影响。结果表明:在果实发育期间,叶片和果实对N素的需求量最大;叶片中Mg,Mn,Zn 3种元素和果实中N元素的平均含量均显著高于对照,叶片与盛花后72 d之后果实中Ca元素含量均显著低于对照。大棚栽培条件下梨树的需肥量要高于露地栽培,生产上应加强肥水管理。
This study compared the absorption and accumulation of mineral elements in leaves and fruits of pear （Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai. cv. Cuiguan） under the conditions of greenhouse and open air cultivations. The results showed that the demand of N by the leaves and fruits was the greatest during the period of fruit development. As compared with open air cultivation, the average contents of Mg, Mn, and Zn in the leaves and N in the fruits of pears with greenhouse cultivation were markedly higher, while the contem of Ca in the leaves and fruits at 72 days after florescence was markedly lower. The amount of required fertilizer by pears with greenhouse cultivation was greater than that with open air cultivation. Thus management of fertilizer and water should be strengthened in the production of pear with greenhouse cultivation.
