摘要
为了解钙与黄冠梨果面褐斑病发生的关系,于套袋前用瑞恩钙对黄冠梨果实进行处理,统计褐斑病发生率并测定果皮中钙的含量。结果表明:瑞恩钙处理的果实褐斑病发生率降低,其中浸果和叶面喷施处理与套3层袋对照间存在显著性差异,但均显著高于不套袋处理的;在花后40~80 d,钙处理果皮中的总钙含量较套3层袋对照高,其中浸果处理与套3层袋对照间的差异达到了显著水平;在花后100 d至果实成熟,瑞恩钙处理果皮中的总钙含量显著低于不套袋处理的。
In order to understand the relationship between calcium content and brown spot incidence in "Huangguan"pear peel,we used Rui-en calcium to treat the fruits of "Huangguan"pear before bagging,and conducted a statistical analysis of brown spot incidence and calcium content. The results indicated that the exogenous Rui-en calcium supply in different treatments reduced the incidence of brown spot,and the brown spot incidence in fruit-dipping treatment and foliar spray treatment was significantly lower than that in the three-layer bagging control,but they all were significantly higher than that in the no-bagging treatment. During 40 ~ 80 d after flowering,the total calcium content in the calcium-treated fruit peel was higher than that in the fruit peel bagged by three-layer bags,and there was a significant difference in calcium content between fruit-dipping treatment and three-layer bagging control. From the 100 th day after flowering to fruit maturing,the total calcium content in the Rui-en-calcium-treated fruit peel was significantly lower than that in the no-bagging treatment.
