摘要
从星状风毛菊(Saussurea stella Maxim)中分得六种黄酮化合物,经光谱,化学方法及与标准样品对照分别鉴定其为:洋芹素,金合欢素,山奈素,日本椴甙,山奈素—3—0—α—L—鼠李糖甙,和槲皮素—3—O—α—L—鼠李糖甙.其中金合欢素,日本椴甙,山奈素—3—0—α—L—鼠李糖甙是首次从该属中发现的,这对该属植物化学分类将有一定的意义.
Six flavonoids were isolated from the Saussurea stella Maxim.Theywere respectively determined as:apigenin,acacetin,tilianin,kaempferol,kaempferol 30-0-αL-rhamnoside and quercitrin on the basis of the spectro-scopic chemical method and the comparison with authentic samples.Acacetin,tilianin and kaempferol-30-α-L-rhamnoside were found inSaussurea genus for the first time.
