摘要
从云南省中甸县朗都雪山产的朗都当归(Angelica sp.)的挥发油中,经GC/MS方法共检出了92个成分,鉴定了其中的42个,占挥发油总量的96.83%。其中,藁本内酯(ligustilide)(73.98%)和顺式-β-罗勒烯(cis-β-ocimene)(12.18%)是其挥发油的主要成分。此外,还从非挥发部分分离鉴定了木焦油酸(lignoceric acid),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol),伞形花内酯(umbelliferone)和蔗糖(sucrose)。
The essential oil of the 'Lang-Du Dang-Gui' (Angelica sp.) from the Lang-Du Mountain (Yunnan Province) has been analysed qualitatively and quantitatively by means of capillary GC/MS/DS on the Finnigan-4510, and forty-two constituents, which made up 96.83% of the total oil, have been identified. Ligustilide (73.98%) and cis-β-ocimene (12.18%) were the principal components of the essential oil. In addition, four known compounds that are lignoceric acid( 1 ), β-sitosterol( 2 ), umbelli-ferone(3), and sucrose(4) have been isolated from the non-volatile part of the same sample.
