摘要
目的 对西藏雪莲花 (Saussureatridac tylaSch Bip)全草化学成分进行分离鉴定。 方法 用色谱技术进行分离 ,UV ,IR ,EIMS ,FABMS ,ESIMS ,1H NMR和13 C NMR等光谱方法对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果 从西藏雪莲花全草的乙醇提取物中分离得到 4个化合物 ,分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲酸 (p hydroxybenzonicacidⅠ )、胡罗卜苷 (daucosterolⅡ )、金合欢素 7 O β D 芦丁糖苷 (acacetin 7 O β D rutinosideⅢ )和伞形花内酯 7 O β D 葡萄糖苷 (umbeliferone 7 O β D glucosideⅣ )。 结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ首次从该植物中得到 ,化合物Ⅲ首次从该属植物中得到。
OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the chemical co nstitutes of the whole plant of Saussurea tridac-tyla Sch-Bip.M ETHODS The compounds were separated with chromatographic technology and their chemical structures were elucidated with UV,IR,MS,~1H-NMR and ~1 3C-NMR spectral methods.RESULTS Four compounds were isola ted from the plant.They were identified as p-hydroxy benzonics acids(Ⅰ),da ucosterol(Ⅱ),acacetin-7-O-β-D-rutinoside(Ⅲ) and umbeliferone-7-O -β-D-glucoside(Ⅳ),respectively.CONCLUSION These compo unds were isolated from the plant for the first time,and the compound Ⅲ was iso lated from this genus for the first time.
