摘要
目的:分离鉴定仙鹤草降糖活性部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱等常压柱色谱手段进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从仙鹤草中分得8个化合物,并鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、(2R,3R)-(+)-花旗松素(3)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、阿魏酸(7)、没食子酸(8)。结论:化合物3,7,8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the active section with lowering blood sugar of agrimony.Method:The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographies.The structures of compounds isolated were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties.Result:Eight compounds were isolated from the active section with lowering blood sugar of agrimony.And their structures were identified as β-sitosterol(1),daucosterol(2),taxifolin(3),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(4),hyperin(5),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),ferulaic acid(7),gallic acid(8).Conclusion:Compounds 3,7,8 are isolated from agrimony for the first time.
