摘要
目的 :研究中药神曲中所含微生物的种类和数量。方法 :对市售 6个神曲样本中微生物种类、数量进行分离培养、生化鉴定 ,分析其数量和种类。结果 :镜下可见革兰氏阳性的球菌和杆菌、革兰氏阴性的球茵和杆菌、芽抱和真菌。结论 :6个神曲样本均含有大量的酵母菌 ,其中 2个样本含有少量的乳酸杆菌 ,另外
Objective:To study of the quantity and the varieties of the microorganism in Shenqu.Methods: Microorganisms in 6 Samples shenqu collected from different sources were separated and identified.Results: There were many kinds of Gram-positive coccus and bacillus,Gram-negative coccus and bacillus and fungus. Conclusions:There were a lot of yeast in the 6 samples, and a few Lactobacillus in the two of them,in addition, a lot of waste microorganism in all the then.
