摘要
通过查阅古代文献及近十几年各类研究成果和文献,对六神曲的炮制工艺、化学成分、药理作用等作出整理。结果发现古代及现代各省炮制六神曲的方法及其质量标准不尽相同,六神曲的化学成分和药理作用也不够明确。当前针对六神曲的文献研究包括物料配比、发酵条件以及质量控制标准、化学成分和药理活性等内容,为制定六神曲统一的炮制工艺和质量标准提供了参考依据。研究资料显示,当前六神曲炮制工艺相对固定,且不断发展完善,后续需要对其发酵工艺和发酵菌种或种群进行进一步研究,使其能够适应工业化生产,同时其质量标准也需要进一步的完善,为质量控制提供理论支撑。
The processing technology evolution and Modern Research of Massa Medicata Fermentata were sorted out,including the processing methods,quality standards,modern ingredients,pharmacology and other research data.By consulting ancient literature and various research results and literature in the past ten years,review the processing technology,the factors affecting the quality,the chemical composition and the pharmacological action of the Massa Medicata Fermentata.As the result,the processing methods and quality standards of the Massa Medicata Fermentata are different in ancient and modern provinces,The present literature research materials lay a foundation for formulating the unified processing technology and quality standard of the Massa Medicata Fermentata.The current Massa Medicata Fermentat processing technology is relatively fixed,the fermentation technology and the fermentation strain or population need to be further studied,to make it suitable for industrial production,at the same time,the quality standard also needs to be further improved,and achieve quality control purposes.
