摘要
目的 :探讨异常孕产史与弓形虫感染的关系。方法 :采用PCR方法对 1135例有异常孕产史妇女及 714 1例正常妊娠妇女进行TOX DNA检测。结果 :异常孕产史组TOX DNA阳性率 1.5 0 % ,对照组TOX DNA阳性率 0 .4 3% ,两者有显著性差异 (χ2 =2 1.11,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :异常孕产史与弓形虫感染有一定的相关性。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between history of abnormal pregnancy and the infection of toxoplasmosis.Methods:TOX-DNA of l 135 women with history of abnormal pregnancy and 7 141 normal pregnant women were detected with PCR(polymerase chain reaction).Results:Positive rate of TOX-DNA was l.50%in abnormmal pregnant group and 0.43%in control group with a signiflicant difference (χ 2=21.11,P<0.01).Conclusion:History of abnormal pregnancy is corelative with the infection of toxoplasmosis.
