摘要
在计划经济向市场经济转型的过程中 ,就业问题成为困扰许多企业、行业和地区的普遍性问题。而对于资源濒临枯竭的矿业城市 ,由于城市中存在着大量亟待安置的下岗失业人员 ,这一问题显得尤为突出。本文从分析老年期矿业城市就业问题的现状和必要性入手 ,在剖析解决其就业问题难点的基础上 。
During the transformation from a planned economy to a market economy in China, many enterprises, industries and regions have been puzzled by the employment issue universally. This issue seems to be particularl y striking in mining cities whose resources are on the verge of exhaustion ,as there exists a large number of laid-off workers. This paper starting with ana lysis of status and necessity of solving the employment issue in aged mining cit ies, and based on analysis of its difficult points, puts an emphasis on pointing out several countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve these problems.
