摘要
本文在梳理文化理论的基础上,从历史文化、资源文化、区位文化和制度文化等方面解读了阜新文化力的基本状况。并提出了相应的文化力建设构想。从文化力视角解析老工业基地的弱势构成,作为一种理论视角的转换和整体性思考,其意义主要不在于社会事实的比较,而在于文化结构特征和发展方式的探讨。
From the perspective of historical culture, resources culture, community culture and institution culture, the article , which is on the basis of the culture theory ,describes the general situation of the cultural force in Fuxin city and introduces the constructive conception of the cultural force. Fuxin bears general characters composed of the plight of the undeveloped areas and the inferior groups. That analyzing the structure of the undeveloped area from the perspective of culture force could be seen as the transformation of theory and the strategic consideration. The point of this atrticle is not to compare with the social facts, but consider the characteristics of the culture structures and the devepolment styles.
