摘要
高校与地方是密切相关、互为一体的,存在着相互促进、相互制约的关系。地方的发展需要高校的服务,高校的发展也离不开地方的支持。文章分析国内外高校开放合作与地方经济社会互动发展的研究现状,提出西藏大学的开放合作与西藏经济社会发展良性互动命题,并提出了实现西藏大学开放合作与西藏经济社会发展良性互动的途径与对策。
The high institution and local social development are interrelated and integrated and they have a mutual promotion and restraint.The high institution needs to serve for the development of local society and the development of the high institution needs the support of the local government.Trough an analysis of the current status of the interactive development between the open cooperation of high institutions abroad and at home and their local economy and society,the paper puts forward the proposition of the open cooperation of Tibet University and Tibet’s economic and social development and the relevant methods and countermeasures for the realization of the virtuous interaction.
