摘要
目的 研究抗精子抗体阳性男性不育患者中顶体酶及SOD活性的变化。方法 应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法 ,测定超氧化歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,采用BAEE ADH联合法计算精子顶体酶活性。结果 精液抗精子抗体阳性 (AsAb)组与正常生育组比较 ,精液中SOD活性明显降低 ,精子顶体酶活性明显降低。
Objective To study the change of semen superoxide dismutase (SOD) and acrosin activity in the sterility of male patients with positive antisperm antibody.Methods The activity of semen superoxide dismutase (SOD) was measured by xanthine oxidase essay and sperm acrosin activity was calculated by BAEE/ADH.Results Compared semen AsAb positive group with normal group, the activity of SOD in semen decreased remarkably, and so did that of acrosomal enzyme.Conclusion The sterility resulting from positive AsAb may be related with the change of semen SOD and acrosin activity.
