摘要
采用Cu Cr Ca/SiO2催化剂进行糠醛气相加氢合成2-甲基呋喃.研究了温度、空速、催化剂粒径对2-甲基呋喃转化率、选择性的影响.并在不锈钢固定床积分反应器上进行动力学研究,通过大量实验,确定本反应的动力学模型.
2-methyl-furan was synthesized from furfural through gas hydrogenation with Cu-Cr-Ca/SiO_2 as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, space velocity and particle size on the conversion rate and selectivity were studied. Through the kinetic experiments on the integral fixed-bed reactor, the kinetic models were obtained.
