摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶法及浸渍法制备出CuO -CaO/SiO2 负载型催化剂 ,用XRD、TEM及BET对催化剂结构进行了表征 ,并将两种催化剂与Cu -Cr/Al2 O3负载型催化剂进行了催化性能比较。结果表明 ,溶胶 -凝胶法制备的催化剂颗粒直径达到纳米数量级 ,CuO高度分散于载体内 ,晶粒度小 ,催化性能高。作为一种新型的无Cr催化剂 ,无毒、无污染 ,可代替Cu -Cr催化剂用于糠醛加氢过程 ,高活性、高选择性地制取 2
CuO-CaO/SiO 2 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel and impregnation methods The structure of the catalysts was characterized by XRD, TEM and BET,and the catalytic performance of the catalysts was compared with Cu-Cr/Al 2O 3 catalysts The results showed that the sol-gel method could prepare ultrafine particle catalysts The active components had smaller crystal diameter and were more highly dispersed on the support surface ,as compared with the catalysts prepared by impregnation The catalysts had high activity and excellent selectivity in the hydrogenation reaction of furfural As a new type of non-Cr catalysts,they could substitute Cu-Cr catalysts for producing 2-methylfuran
