摘要
采用均匀设计法对无Cr负载型糠醛加氢制 2 甲基呋喃催化剂进行研究及筛选 .对试验结果进行回归分析 ,得到在试范围内转化率、选择性与各因素间的关系 .将回归结果进行优化 ,制备出性能优良的催化剂 .此催化剂无毒、无污染 ,活性、选择性及稳定性均高于工业上所采用的含Cr催化剂 .
The uniform design method had been applied to prepare the non Cr supported catalysts for 2 methylfuran hydrogenated from furfural. A new catalyst had been prepared under the optimal quantity of the activity components and preparing condition, which were obtained by using multi-variant regression program .The result showed that a completely new catalyst had been made with excellent catalytic performance.
