摘要
采用负载型铜氨络合物催化剂进行糠醛气相加氢制 2 甲基呋喃。用浸渍方法制备催化剂 ,以硅胶球粒为载体。研究了制备催化剂过程中配比、焙烧温度对生成 2 甲基呋喃的影响 ,以及在催化剂的评价过程中 ,还原温度、反应温度对生成 2 甲基呋喃的影响。在最佳条件下 ,糠醛转化率可达 99%以上 ,2 甲基呋喃的选择性达 97%。利用气相色谱分析了产品的组成。
Vapour phase hydrogenation of furfural was employed to produce 2 methylfuran through a copper ammonia complex catalyst. The catalyst was prepared by impregnation and silica gel particles were used as the carrier. The influence of the ratio of Cu to silica and baking temperature of the catalyst on the formation of 2 methylfuran were examined. To evaluate the catalyst, the effects of reduction temperature and the reaction temperature on the production of 2 methylfuran were studied as well. Under optimum conditions,the conversion of fufural reached 99%,and the selectivity of 2 methylfuran attained 97%. The main composition of the product was analyzed by gas chromatography .
