摘要
领导技能是有效管理的关键。无论是医疗改革和组织结构的改变 ,还是管理者的职责压力 ,都需要管理者具备多种领导技能去应对日趋复杂的工作。同时 ,护理管理者的角色已不再单一 ,也需要具备多种领导技能 ,才能达到有效领导。了解护理管理者的领导技能需求 ,对于培养新一代的护理管理者 ,使其尽早适应多功能的角色和职能起着重要作用。
Leadership skill plays an important role in effective management. To meet with the requirements of medical reform and changes of organizational structures,and their responsibility pressures,nursing managers should possess multiple leadership skills to encounter more and more complex works. Meanwhile,the role of nursing managers is no more single,they need more leadership skills for effective management. Comprehending the needs of leadership skills of nursing managers is very important for training new generation of nursing managers to make them adapting their newly multi-functional roles and responsibilities.
