摘要
思想政治教育中的激励机制是思想政治教育激励过程中各要素之间相互联系和相互作用的方式。在思想政治教育过程中 ,运用激励机制有助于教育者确立适当的教育目标 ,有助于提高受教育者的自觉性和积极性 ,有助于加强教育者与受教育者之间的理解和沟通 ,有助于形成良好的教育氛围。要正确地运用激励机制 ,就必须正确分析受教育者的需要 ,正确把握激励的时机和分寸 ,正确选择实施激励的方法 。
Incentive mechanism in ideological and political education is a mutual contact pattern among the factors of in ideological and political education. During the ideological and political education, incentive mechanism is very important for the instructor to establish proper educational goal, to enhance self knowledge and enthusiasm, to strengthen the understanding and communication between the instructor and educatee, and to create a good educational environment. To apply the mechanism properly, one must analyze the needs of the educatee correctly, grasp the right occasions and measure, choose a proper incentive, conceive method, and construct a scientific mechanism.
