摘要
思想政治教育是以人为对象的、做人的思想工作的,而动机是人的行为的先导,因此在大学生思想政治教育中需要运用激励,使受教育者产生积极的心理动机,发挥其积极性、能动性和创造性显得尤其重要。基于这一认识,本文阐述了激励及其相关的激励理论,并进一步强调在大学生思想政治教育中运用激励的必要性,及其如何有效地发挥激励作用,以消除学生的倦怠心理、提高学生的积极性,达到良好的思想政治教育效果。
The object of ideological and political education is human, and the motivation is the lead of human＇s behavior, so encouragement should be used in college students＇ ideological and political education to make students have active motivation to develop their enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, Based on this opinion, this article expounds encouragement and its relevant theories, further stresses that it is necessary to use encouragement in college students＇ ideological and political education, and explains how to effectively play the role of encouragement toremove the students＇ psychological tiredness, enhance the students＇ enthusiasm, and achieve good ideological andpolitical educational effect.
