摘要
对20例骨性膝关节炎患者关节腔内注射施沛特,在注射技巧上加以改进,结果患者发生针刺样疼痛1例,关节腔内酸胀感4例,明显减轻了病人穿刺引起的痛苦,并取得了较好的疗效。笔者强调应在注射时严格无菌技术,加强注射后的护理。
Hyline-acid was injected into articular cavity of 20 patients with osteo-arthritis, and the injection skill was improved. As the result, sting pain occurred in 1 case and intra-articulur swelling sense occurred in 4 cases. Patients' pain caused by puncture were greatly reduced and better cure was achieved. The author emphasized the strict disinfection skill during injection and enhancement the post-injection nursing.
