摘要
目的观察透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎(OA)的临床效果。方法256例OA患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组应用透明质酸钠,对照组应用复方倍他米松,行膝关节腔注射,治疗前、后观察临床症状改善情况。结果两种药物均可有效缓解OA的临床症状。结论应用透明质酸钠治疗OA疗效明显,无严重不良反应。
Objective To assess the effect of sodium hyaluronate on degenerative disorders of the knee joint. Methods A randomized eontrolled trial was conducted. The experimental group received injections in the knee joint with sodium hyaluronate, whereas controlled group received betamethasone. Clinical symptoms were measured. Results Both drugs could relieve the symptoms of the knee joint disorders, and hyaluronate played better on some sides. Conclusion Injections of hyaluromate is effective in the treatment of the knee joint disorders.
