摘要
目的 观察动物对类风关巴布剂的急性毒性反应。方法 ①家兔6只,随机平均分为2组,观察类风关巴布剂对家兔完整及破损皮肤的刺激反应。②家兔24只,随机平均分为4组,观察类风关巴布剂的皮肤急性毒性反应。③豚鼠30只,随机平均分为3组,观察类风关巴布剂皮肤过敏反应。结果 类风关巴布剂对家兔完整及破损皮肤无任何刺激性反应,也未出现任何急性毒性反应;豚鼠皮肤未见过敏反应。结论 类风关巴布剂是一个安全无毒的药物。
Objective To observe the acute toxicity of rheumatoid arthritis cataplasma (RAC). Methods ① Six rabbits were divided into two groups randomly. The stimulantive reactions of RAC to the intact skin and the broken skin were observed. ②Twenty-four rabbits were randomized into four groups. The acute toxic reactions of RAC to skin were investigated. ③Thirty guineapigs were separated into three groups randomLy. The allergic reactions to skin of RAC were observed. Results Rheumatoid arthritis cataplasma didnt cause stimulantive reaction and toxic reaction on rabbits. Guineapigs skin didnt appear allergic reaction. Conclusion Rheumatoid arthritis cataplasma is a relatively safe drug.
